Sons
of the congregation who entered the ministry are: Rev. Walter Schaefer, Dr.
Eric Kiehl, Rev. Paul Kiehl, Rev. Ervin Meseke, Rev. Gilbert Meseke, and Rev.
Martin Torbeck.
Mr. Glen Aukamp and Miss Charlotte Schaefer became parochial school teachers.
Mr. and Mrs. William Ehrat were baptized, confirmed and wed in the first church.
Edna Kruenegel is the oldest living member of the Augsburg Lutheran Congregation (9/24/1908).
The congregation consists of 304 souls, 239
communicant members and 59 voting members.
